Branding
Free and Individual memorials carry Carn branding. Funeral Home and Group plans display your logo alongside "Powered by Carn" in the footer. Enterprise customers can remove Carn branding entirely.
Your data is yours
Paid memorials are never deleted. If you cancel a subscription, the memorial stays exactly as it is. You just lose access to premium features.
Free memorials are active for 90 days. After that, the memorial is archived but your data is retained for 12 months in case you decide to upgrade. You can download everything as a PDF before your memorial is archived.
